Is the owner of Keeping U on Track, a registered psychologist and coach and is passionate about the well-being of all of her clients. Shona has been a psychologist for over 22 years, over half of these as a consultant and private practitioner. Shona has extensive experience working with clients across genders, ethnic groups and ages, including adults and adolescents. Shona also has extensive experience working with organisations and executives as a coach and an employee well-being professional. Shona is accredited with Safe Work NSW (CTP claims and Worker's Compensation) and registered to see clients referred for Psychological Support Services (PSS)

Shona's strength as a psychologist is her down-to-earth nature and ability to guide her clients in achieving their goals. Shona is passionate about assisting her clients and is committed to creating a positive therapeutic relationship. Shona uses evidence-based treatments, including cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution-focused therapy and narrative therapy. Many of Shona’s clients have overcome adversity in their personal and professional lives by making small changes to their lives and circumstances.

Is a registered psychologist with extensive counselling experience working with adults and adolescents. Laura is committed to assisting her clients and is passionate about working with them collaboratively and flexibly.

Laura has extensive experience working with clients across genders, ethnic groups, ages, and clinical presentations. Laura has worked with clients experiencing various mental health issues, medical conditions, and neurological impairments. She has assisted many clients to work through and resolve personal conflicts, adjustment issues, and relationship concerns. Laura’s counselling style is based upon evidence-based treatments, including cognitive behaviour therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy.

Her clients have successfully overcome their difficulties and achieved their personal goals with Laura's assistance. Laura can assist her clients in addressing their concerns through either short- or long-term counselling. Laura is passionate about enabling her clients to identify their values, set themselves goals, and work collaboratively and flexibly to achieve them. She is committed to helping her clients better understand themselves and those around them, identifying their strengths and encouraging them to live the healthiest and most rewarding life possible.

Helen is an accomplished and well-respected Psychologist with 25 years of experience. She is a Full Member of the Australian Psychological Society, is registered with AHPRA and has WorkCover and Comcare Accreditation.

Helen has worked in a range of private and public diverse settings with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. Helen is highly experienced in delivering evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focussed Brief Therapy and Mindfulness, and she uses an integrated, client-centred approach and is skilled at helping her clients address various issues.

Helen is kind and compassionate, enabling clients to feel at ease, safe and reassured.

Helen’s extensive and diverse experience allows her to work effectively in addressing the client’s concerns underlying issues and works to generate dynamic change. Each counselling session equips the client to manage their life better independently and promotes positive change and support.

Helen is passionate and committed to assisting her clients to find new ways to manage life’s challenges, with a focus on health and well-being. Helen's interpersonal approach is nurturing, professional and goal-oriented. 

 
Elizabeth
Office - Saturday

 

Elizabeth is a registered psychologist with experience within the welfare and education sectors. Elizabeth has extensive experience with children, families, and adults with high/complex needs and challenging behaviours as well as persistent and severe mental illness. Her work has also included working with families impacted by domestic violence, separation, and divorce. Elizabeth is also a trained family therapist. 

Elizabeth is skilled in delivering a number of evidence-based interventions including; Family Therapy, Cognitive behaviour therapy, Trauma-focused cognitive therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical behaviour therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and other strengths-based models.

 

Elizabeth has a special interest in working with children, adolescents and their families and understands the importance of involving parents in order to facilitate the very best outcomes for children and adolescents
